Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer Intern with hands-on experience in Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Core PHP to join our development team. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can apply your skills, collaborate with experienced developers, and build real-world applications that make an impact. This is a remote, unpaid internship ideal for candidates with 6+ months of experience (via academic projects, freelancing, or previous internships) who are eager to grow in backend development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel & CodeIgniter) Write clean, well-documented, and efficient backend code Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and team members to deliver high-quality tech solutions Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product features to ensure strong functionality and optimization Participate in code reviews and continuously improve performance and scalability Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) Freshers can apply – but should have experience in PHP development through projects, internships, or freelance work Strong command of Laravel and CodeIgniter Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs Proficient in MySQL with experience writing complex queries Familiar with version control tools like Git Able to work independently and in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus What You'll Gain Remote & flexible work experience Internship Certificate upon successful completion Note: This is an unpaid internship intended for learning and real-world exposure.
