Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also develop and implement HR policies, conduct training and development programs, manage payroll, and ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
• Skills in Performance Management and Development of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Payroll Management and Administrative Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
