White Collar Realty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable

Onboarding & Learning and Development

• Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires
• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and culture

Employee Relations

• Act as a trusted advisor for resolving employee issues, concerns, and conflicts
• Promote a collaborative, transparent, and respectful workplace environment

Performance Management

• Lead the performance review process, ensuring alignment of individual goals with business objectives
• Support managers in addressing performance issues constructively

Compensation & Benefits

• Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
• Implement recognition and reward systems to boost employee morale and retention

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies
• Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism

Policy Development

• Draft, revise, and maintain HR policies in accordance with legal standards and organizational needs

Health & Safety

• Oversee workplace health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees

Employee Engagement & Wellness

• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in core HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee relations
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment; IT hiring experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness to commit to a long-term association (bond applicable)

Work Schedule

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)
