The Role – HR Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people, processes, and building a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures
• Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives
• Partner with leadership on performance and career development
• Maintain HRIS and dashboards for data-driven decisions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
• 4–5 years’ experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office
