Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guntur for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment and selection process, bridging management and employee relations, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. The HR Manager will also focus on nurturing a positive working environment and addressing employee needs and grievances.
