Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and managing employee benefits and compensation. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with department heads to support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong skills in developing and implementing HR policies
• Experience in conducting training and development programs
• Ability to manage employee benefits and compensation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
