Job Description

we have an urgent hiring for hr manager at ahmedabad

key responsibilty -

manage end -to end hr operation including recruitment, onboarding, documents and exit formalities.
handle payroll processing , attendance and leave management
develop and imlpement hr policies and procedures.
coordinate with department heads to fullfill internal hiring requirements
support training and development activities.
ensure compliance with labor and laws and company policies.
maintain accurate employee records and prepare hr mis reports.
address employee grievances and drive emlpoyees engagement intiatives.

requirements
-
graduate / pg dergree in hr or a related field
5-8+years of experience in hr operation and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm)
strong understanding of hr processes, statutory compliance, and hrms tools.
excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
proactive, organized and able to multitask in a fast - paced environment.
must be comfortable with a 6 days work week and ready to join immediately.
