Human Resources Leader

You will be responsible for leading the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization. This role necessitates a strong alignment with the business, strategic advisory skills, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits. Your duties will include: - Collaborating with business leaders to develop a people strategy that aligns with organizational goals. - Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy. - Driving initiatives related to engagement, retention, and succession planning. - Leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs from a people and culture perspective. In terms of Total Rewards, you will: - Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across various levels and functions. - Be responsible for executing the performance appraisal cycle. - Ensure that reward programs are compliant, consistent, and in line with company values and objectives. - Work closely with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure that reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards. We are looking for someone with: - At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits. Experience in managing ESOP programs would be advantageous. - Strong experience in collaborating with business leaders, particularly in high-growth or fast-paced environments. - An analytical mindset and comfort with working with data and analytics. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - An MBA/PGDM from a reputable B-school or equivalent (such as IIM, ISB, TISS, MDI, etc).,
