Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern to support our IT and Non-IT recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as internal databases, job portals, referrals, and professional networking sites.
• Support in drafting and managing HR-related documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and policy documents.
• Maintain and update employee data and recruitment trackers regularly.
• Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Help in the planning and execution of training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR events.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
