Job Title : HR Intern Location: Work From Office (Noida) Duration: 3 Months / 6 Months / As per Requirement Stipend: Paid Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Alternate Saturdays Working) Role Overview : We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern to support our IT and Non-IT recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about HR. Key Responsibilities: Assist in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding for both IT and Non-IT roles. Source potential candidates through various channels such as internal databases, job portals, referrals, and professional networking sites. Support in drafting and managing HR-related documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and policy documents. Maintain and update employee data and recruitment trackers regularly. Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives. Help in the planning and execution of training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR events. Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala) is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
