We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR department. The intern will assist in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, processes, and organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding


  • Assist in job posting across job portals and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Support onboarding formalities and documentation
  • Maintain candidate databases and interview trackers


Employee Engagement


  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Conduct feedback surveys and present insights
  • Support events, celebrations, and communication campaigns


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions
  • Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
