About the Role:

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    lead generation & prospecting

    through multiple channels including online research, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage

    client relationships

    by understanding their needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Execute

    cold calling & email campaigns

    to generate qualified leads and set appointments.
  • Perform

    market research & analysis

    to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the

    sales funnel

    , tracking leads from initial contact to closing.
  • Deliver impactful

    presentations

    and participate in client meetings to pitch services and solutions.
  • Apply strong

    negotiation skills

    to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure clear and concise

    verbal & written communication

    across all client interactions and internal coordination.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve overall sales strategy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach, conversion, and pipeline growth.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email outreach platforms (preferred).
