Job Description – HR Intern Organization: Take One School of Mass Communication Location: South Delhi Duration: Internship (3–6 months, with possibility of extension) Stipend: ₹10,000 per month About Us: Take One School of Mass Communication, established in 2003, is a premier media institute based in South Delhi. Affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, we have been at the forefront of nurturing talent in journalism, television, digital media, film, and advertising. We actively collaborate with universities, colleges, and media schools to provide opportunities and industry exposure to young media aspirants. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition processes. The intern will play a vital role in coordinating with media institutions, managing the initial screening of candidates, and assisting in organizing recruitment drives and interviews. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with media schools, colleges, and universities for internship opportunities and campus engagement. • Assist HR team in scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives. • Conduct the first round of screening (telephonic/video interviews) for candidates. • Prepare interview line-ups and share shortlisted candidates with the HR team. • Maintain candidate databases and keep track of interview feedback. • Support in documentation, follow-ups, and onboarding processes. • Assist in employer branding activities with colleges/universities. Requirements: • Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources / Mass Communication / Management or related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with students, faculty, and candidates. • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, shortlisting). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution. • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
