We are now seeking a **Digital Media Manager** to lead our digital initiatives and elevate our online presence. --- Role Overview: As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances the school’s brand visibility, engages students and prospects, and promotes our courses and events. This role blends creativity, analytics, and strategic planning, ideal for someone passionate about media, education, and digital trends. --- Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Content Management * Develop and implement a digital media strategy aligned with institutional goals. * Plan and manage a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter). * Create and publish engaging content—graphics, videos, reels, and stories that reflect the school’s culture and offerings. Social Media Management * Grow and manage the school’s online community. * Respond to queries, comments, and DMs across platforms to foster engagement. * Stay updated with education and media trends for timely, relevant content. Campaigns & Promotions * Launch campaigns for admissions, webinars, workshops, and student achievements. * Work with the academic and admissions teams to promote new courses and events. * Manage digital ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI. Analytics & Optimization * Monitor digital performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and more. * Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to refine strategies. * Report monthly performance insights and actionable recommendations. Collaboration & Brand Building * Coordinate with faculty, students, alumni, and media partners for collaborative content. * Maintain brand consistency across all channels. * Identify influencer partnerships or brand ambassadors from student/alumni circles. --- Desired Skills and Qualifications: Experience:** 2-4 years in digital marketing or social media management (education/media domain preferred). Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing. Social Media Knowledge:** Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Communication:** Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills. Analytical Ability:** Comfortable with analytics tools and performance tracking. Creativity & Innovation:** Ability to create fresh, eye-catching content that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
