About the Role:

Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
  • Help screen resumes and coordinate interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Assist in organizing company events and HR initiatives
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
