Responsibilities Benchmarking: Research industry best practices in organisational values within the financial services sector. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights on organisational culture. Data Analysis: Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and gaps. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. Strategic Support: Assist senior leadership in developing initiatives to strengthen organisational values. Requirements: Education: Currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
