Requirements: Basic understanding of HR functions and operations. Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with HR software and tools (bonus). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
