What You’ll Do: Call and convert leads into paying customers—fast and consistently. Own the full sales funnel: pitch, follow-up, close, repeat. Drive revenue growth with a performance-first attitude. Hustle with a team that’s building something bold. What We’re Looking For: Someone with 0–2 years of experience in sales, loans, credit, BFSI, or just raw hustle. Street-smart, numbers-driven, and always in execution mode. Comfortable with working onsite in Kochi with a high-energy team. A serious performer with eyes on becoming an RSM (Regional Sales Manager) in the near future.
