Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also be responsible for supporting HR management tasks and contributing to the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

• Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and learning & development activities.

• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.

• Assist in research and HR reporting to improve efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Knowledge of HR tools and practices is a plus.
