About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Draft HR documents such as offer letters, internship certificates, and policies.
Support payroll and attendance management activities.
Prepare reports while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
