Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks including maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, and helping with the development of HR policies. The intern will also assist with employee benefits management and personnel management. This is an on-site role, and is located in Noida.

• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the HR field
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
