Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in an on-site environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in educational or tutoring organizations is a plus
