Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and aiding personnel management. The intern will also help implement tech strategies and support various HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship or work experience in an HR role is a plus

Should be flexible in assisting multiple domains.

Stipend will be provided.
