We have our offices in India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Singapore, and UK catering to some of the leading contracting/owner companies operating in Middle East, India and Southeast Asia regions. We are the biggest and most experienced firm in India and having to our credit some of the highest profile construction disputes.

About the Role:

HR Intern

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in HR and understand how human resources functions within a professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Supporting the coordination of training programs
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Assisting in handling employee inquiries and requests
• Contributing to the resolution of basic employee-related issues

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or ongoing)

Additional Attributes

• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
• An interest in construction, arbitration, or the legal sector is a plus but not required.
