Role Description:

This is a full-time internship role for an HR Intern at Magpie Placement Services. The HR Intern will support the daily operations of the HR department, assisting in recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ropes of talent acquisition and human resources in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.


  • Internship Details:Stipend: Performance-based stipend (with potential for PPO based on performance)
  • Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (on-site)
  • Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek)
  • Perks: Certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendations exposure to real-world recruitment operations, and opportunity to be absorbed full-time.

  • Key Responsibilities of HR Intern:Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and align candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and share offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Engage with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Attend client meetings or candidate interviews (where required) to observe and learn.
  • Stay updated with recruitment trends and hiring best practices.


  • Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office & Google Workspace.
  • Interest in recruitment, talent management, and understanding human behavior.
