🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an intern, you’ll support various HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy implementation. This internship is designed as a **launchpad to a full-time HR role** at Shiksolve Education, based on performance.

💼 Responsibilities

* Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates

* Schedule and coordinate interviews

* Maintain applicant tracking and HR records

* Support onboarding and induction activities

* Help implement employee engagement initiatives

* Assist in drafting HR policies and communications

* Contribute to performance management processes

* Research HR best practices and contribute fresh ideas

✅ Requirements

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Organized and proactive with a problem-solving mindset

* Passionate about people, culture, and the education sector

* Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office tools

* Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
