Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and ability to implement them
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Candidates pursuing or possessing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields
• Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Support in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help manage employee records and maintain HR databases
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
