Role Description

This is an internship position for a Salesforce Intern under an unpaid opportunity program. The Salesforce Intern will assist in day-to-day tasks including supporting the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, conducting research, and aiding in data management. The intern will perform administrative tasks, be involved in project documentation, and support the team with various Salesforce-related activities. This is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, where some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its features
• Familiar with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong passion in learning Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Good to have Ai Associate and/or Agentforce Specialist Certification
• Research and Problem-Solving skills
• Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
