Salesforce Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer Intern with foundational knowledge in Salesforce Administration and Development. The candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to ongoing Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. No prior hands-on experience is required; however, any practical exposure or certifications will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in basic configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Support tasks related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.
• Learn and contribute to development using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Flows.
• Participate in testing, data validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document changes, updates, and development tasks.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand requirements and deliver simple solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of Salesforce Admin concepts (objects, fields, validation rules, profiles, permissions, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge of:
• Apex Programming
• Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Flow Builder
• Ability to create and understand Reports & Dashboards.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Salesforce certifications: Admin (ADM 201), Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Associate.
• Any previous project, internship, or hands-on exposure to Salesforce.
