As an aspiring tech enthusiast with a passion for learning and a keen interest in CRM solutions, Xccelerance Technologies is thrilled to offer you the opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Intern. **Role Overview:** - Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. - Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and workflows. - Perform basic data management tasks including importing, exporting, and cleaning data within Salesforce. - Shadow and learn from experienced Salesforce Developers and Administrators. - Contribute to creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business needs. - Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of solutions. - Collaborate with team members to gather basic requirements and assist with documentation. - Engage with Salesforce Trailhead modules and other learning resources to enhance your knowledge. - Troubleshoot and resolve minor user issues related to Salesforce applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - A strong interest in Salesforce CRM and cloud computing. - Basic understanding of CRM concepts is a plus. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. - Proactive attitude and a strong desire to gain practical experience.
