Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also help in various HR-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Human Resources(HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Unpaid for 3 months then paid based on performance
