As a Community & Ecosystem Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal role in building the largest and most vibrant tech community for Nexus Void across India. Your mission is to foster deep engagement, drive partnerships with tech and developer clubs, and create an active, thriving environment for developers and innovators. You’ll work directly with the founding team and coordinate with content and partnership teams to bring our vision to life.

This is a remote internship role.

• Grow and manage the largest developer and tech community for Nexus Void in India.
• Keep the community active and engaged across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Build partnerships with tech clubs, developer clubs, and student communities in colleges and universities.
• Plan and host regular AMAs, webinars, workshops, and online/offline sessions.
• Coordinate with the content team to deliver relevant and engaging community content.
• Work with the partnership team to identify and execute collaboration opportunities.
• Organize and promote user-generated content and highlight community achievements.
• Support both online and on-ground community initiatives and events.
• Act as a visible and approachable representative of Nexus Void in all community spaces.
• Track community growth, engagement, and feedback to improve future initiatives.
  

• We value passion, execution, and community instinct over formal education.
• Prior experience in building or managing tech, Web3, AI, or developer communities is a strong plus.
• You’re a self-starter who loves learning, experimenting, and making things happen.
• Ability to take ownership, run with ideas, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent at connecting with people, both online and offline. Clear, friendly, and persuasive communicator.
• Able to manage multiple projects, events, and conversations at once.
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and community platforms.
• Collaborative mindset—ready to work with content, partnerships, and leadership teams.
• Genuine interest in AI, Web3, and the future of developer ecosystems.

• Experience organizing or moderating online/offline events (AMAs, workshops, hackathons).
• Existing network in Indian tech/developer/student communities.
• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms.
• Creative flair for community content and engagement strategies.

6 Months internship: 1 Month Unpaid (Probation) + 5 Months Paid- Based on Performance
