Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment & selection (job postings, shortlisting resumes, coordinating interviews)
• Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records
• Help in drafting HR policies and documents
• Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Who Can Apply

• MBA / BBA / Graduation (HR specialization preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & LinkedIn recruiting will be an advantage
• Freshers / Final year students looking for practical HR exposure are encouraged to apply
