Internship Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee engagement within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
