At Oak Tree Software, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, working closely with the HR team in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in sourcing and screening candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment records and update daily trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

Who Can Apply:

• Students or recent graduates from BBA / MBA (HR) or related streams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources
• Must be available on-site for 3 months
