Human Resource Intern

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
3. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
