We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources department and gain hands-on experience in HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding activities for new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Support HR team in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Help in drafting HR documents, policies, and internal communications. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR processes and practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
