About the Internship

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions and processes. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn practical HR operations, compliance, and employee management in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
    • Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including document verification and induction coordination.
  • HR Documentation & Administration

    • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
    • Support preparation and maintenance of statutory and compliance-related documents.
  • HR Audit & Compliance Support

    • Assist in HR audit activities such as data verification, checklist preparation, and document audits.
    • Support compliance reviews related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and employee records.
    • Help identify gaps and support corrective actions under guidance.
  • Employee Engagement

    • Participate in employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Assist in organizing employee events, surveys, and engagement programs.
  • Training & Development

    • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
    • Support tracking of training attendance and feedback.
  • Task Ownership & Execution

    • Demonstrate a proactive and result-oriented approach towards completing assigned HR tasks.
    • Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Follow up on assigned activities and provide regular status updates to the HR team.
