Human Resource Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our growing startup. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to startup hiring, team building, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for the startup
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Help define job roles and manpower requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Support HR-related documentation and onboarding processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Interest in recruitment and human resource management
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
