Human Resource Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR team in daily HR activities. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions and corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records
• Assist in drafting and posting job openings
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for HR communication
• Support HR operations and administrative tasks
• Help with HR reporting and engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or completed Graduation / Post-graduation (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
• Basic understanding of HR concepts is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required

• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
