Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews to ensure smooth hiring operations across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  5. Assist in conducting initial telephonic interviews when required.
  6. Support the HR team in documentation and onboarding activities.
  7. Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
  8. Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification:

  • Pursuing or having completed a Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
