Role: HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process.

Help onboard new employees and interns.

Maintain HR databases and documentation.

Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Handle basic HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals is a plus.
