HR Intern

Human Resources

STIPEND: 10k per month

Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Noida, Sector 63, H Block

Job Type: Work from office only

Duration: 4 months

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

Inquisitive Digital

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment –
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage job postings on different platforms.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation –
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires by handling offer letters, contracts, company policies, and orientation sessions while maintaining accurate employee records
HR Operations & Compliance –
Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building –
Organize team-building activities, handle grievance resolution, promote a positive work environment, and manage internal communication for employee well-being

Qualifications:

BBA/B.com/MBA or a degree/diploma/certification in Human Resources or a related field
Previous experience in HR preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of MS. Office suite
