Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Talent acquisition & recruitment – Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage job postings on different platforms.
Employee onboarding & documentation – Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires by handling offer letters, contracts, company policies, and orientation sessions while maintaining accurate employee records
HR operations & compliance – Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee engagement & culture building – Organize team-building activities, handle grievance resolution, promote a positive work environment, and manage internal communication for employee well-being
