HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support on boarding and exit formalities
  • Assist in payroll data preparation, attendance, and leave records
  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, emails, and letters
  • Support engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Graduate / Pursuing MBA (HR) or relevant degree
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour laws (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
