Human Resources Intern

Role Overview: At Gnanadhara Foundation, we are looking for passionate Human Resources (HR) Interns to join our purpose-driven NGO. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of building a better society through quality learning and empowerment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans - Manage different online sourcing platforms for recruitment - Review applications and conduct interview processes - Coordinate proactively with candidates - Develop recruitment-related documents - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems - Provide counseling on policies and procedures - Assist in creating job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process - Create and implement effective onboarding plans - Develop training and development programs - Assist in performance management processes Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong editing skills - Superlative commitment, flexibility, and motivation - Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations - Collaboration skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Experience in sales, marketing, or related field - IT fluency and strong communication skills - Ability to manage complex projects and multitask - Proactive nature, ability to handle uncertainty, and work with minimal guidance - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Comfortable using a computer for various tasks Additional Company Details: At Gnanadhara Foundation, we believe in coming together, keeping together, and working together for success.
