Responsibilities • Identifying hiring needs and execute recruitment plans and Manage different online sourcing platforms . • Review applications and interview process . • Coordinate with candidates proactively . • Develop recruitment related documents . • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. • Provide counseling on policies and procedures. • Be actively involved in recruiting by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process. • Create and implement effective onboarding plans. • develop training and development programs. Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communication. Generate high-quality leads. Familiarity with MS Excel Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations collaborative nature with team members multi tasking Qualifications bachelors degree in business, marketing or re lated field.
