Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Intern to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT) and support HR Operations & Generalist activities. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across hiring, employee engagement, HR ops, and basic workforce planning. High performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring for IT, Engineering, Growth & Non-IT roles
• Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination & engagement
• HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee databases
• Employee engagement, team-building, and performance support
• Asset and inventory management, payroll assistance
• HR metrics, reporting, and basic workforce planning support

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM (HR) from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred
• 01 year HR internship experience (36 months preferred)
• Exposure to HR tools, ATS, job portals, and spreadsheets is a plus
• Strong communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced startup environment
