Human Resources Intern

About the Role:-

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities :-

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help coordinate HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
• Participate in daily HR operations and administrative support tasks.

Key Requirements :-

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
