Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The HR Intern will assist the HR team with the following duties:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with the onboarding process.
  • HR Administration & Documentation:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., HRIS).
  • Assist in organizing and filing confidential HR documents.
  • Prepare and process routine HR correspondence and reports.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Support the coordination of training and development sessions.
  • Project Assistance:
  • Support the HR team on special projects related to policy updates, performance management, or compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and data.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support various team members.
